Clinicial It Trainer
CurrentI project manage the training programme and deliver structured training courses for Dendrite’s computer software products and associated products. I provide after training support to clients and also train new Dendrite staff on the Dendrite system and product development. I work with over 100 hospitals both in the UK and abroad delivering training and support.As well as organising and delivering the training by myself I work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the project is delivered on-time and to budget. I lead meetings on project delivery and am the central source within the company for the client IT departments, Doctors and Managers alike. As I have so much on-site client contact I naturally become the conduit to provide technical feedback and software improvements to our R&D team. This communication side of the job requires great preparation and co-ordination, skills I believe, in which I have developed a particular forte.
