Eight years of professional office management and administrative experience in various community-based organizations in San Diego has given me strong writing skills,organizational techniques, and communication models that allowed me to succeed even when faced with adversity. I worked with and for everyone in my community, from students to elected officials, and because of my diversity I've developed the sensitivity and awareness to effectively interact with all types of people.I proactively responded to onboarding obstacles and created strategic actionable plans to acquire new hires by creating an inclusive environment, which also boosted retention rates from previous years.
