As Head of Sales Training, Internal Communications, & Meeting Planning, I am directly responsible for all training initiatives, communications, & meeting planning (logistics/content/budget) for the Novartis Vaccines US commercial organization, including: Vaccine Solutions Specialists, Region Market Account Managers, District Managers and Executive Sales Directors.

Partner with senior executives and department heads to identify organizational development needs and management priorities. Oversee the design, coordination and implementation of all training for the Primary Care, NeuroPsych and Respiratory Business Units. Led a team of five Training Managers with overall leadership for product and skills related training for seven brands and over 1,350 Specialists and Key Account Managers.

Responsible for the development and execution of product and disease state training for new and tenured sales associates. Training conducted in both a live and virtual environment to a field force of over 1,000. Proven ability to effectively communicate through multiple channels, with all levels of management.
