About Lorenzo Giacalone

Since I was a kid, talking to people and making friends just came naturally to me. It didn’t matter if they were younger, older, teachers, peers, etc., I just had a knack for being able to communicate and build relationships with those around me. I took classes that required presentations and I chose jobs that put me in front of people. I believe that building relationships of trust with your clients and prospective clients will pay dividends in the future. Those relationships are the foundation that can overcome just about any complication down the road. I love being the person clients come to when there’s a problem and then using modern technology (and bugging the tech team enough) to solve the issues. I utilize KPIs to stay focused and quickly adapt to new insights. While working as a subject matter expert for my clients, I will put them at the center of my day, I will make sure we execute on any programs or ideas we come up with, I will include leadership so they’re always in the loop and I will always take responsibility for what happens with their program. To me, it's about doing what it takes for the team to be successful because "when one of us sines, we all shine".At the end of the day, I’m a dad taking care of my family. I believe that taking care of my family means believing my kids can do anything they want and I treat people in business the same way. I will do whatever I can for a client or prospective client (within reason…and budget!), but I also make sure I don’t compromise who I am along the way.
