Job consisted of running the office of Blind/Deaf services for adults.

Credentialed physicians, organized meetings, distributed information to participants, took and types minutes of the meetings, organized physician credentials files to be brought before the Staff for approval, worked closely with the Chief of Staff and Hospital Administrator to ensure the accuracy of the minutes and the agenda for these meetings.

Organization of monthly meetings of these departments, taking and typing minutes, creating agendas and distributing information to the members of the committees. Insurance Billing Clerk responsible for keeping up with insurance statistics, checking patient databases, filing and posting all types of patient insurance for acute care, outpatient, physician and nursing home stays. Health information Management Clerk responsible for transcription, coding, cancer registry, death and birth records, daily maintenance and handling of patient records and the transition of the records from paper based to HER and release of information.
