My name is Loretta Fleming and I am a licensed masters in social work and hold three degrees: a Master’s in Social Work, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, and a Bachelor’s in Social Work. My background allows me to understand human behavior at an expert level, adhere to the demands of the agency and the population I engage with, promote diversity, and lead groups of people. I have had the privilege of working against human trafficking in Texas, advocating for sex offenders to receive basic needs, working in crisis therapy in Oregon, working in the complex case unit in a hospital in Pennsylvania, working on an military base with Afghan refugees, traveling to 27 countries and engaging with multi-cultural populations, responding to mental health needs for the island of Nantucket, working with adolescent on a psychiatric unit in Vermont, leading groups of people throughout my career and more has provided me with the skills to effectively work with any population.I hold a strong commitment to empowering women, children, and minorities both internationally and domestically. My skill set includes management, teamwork, Excel, leadership, project management, and social media with the current goal of working with domestic and international organizations as a consultant.
