1. Check credit backgrounds of prospective loan clients with credit bureau (XDS Data)2. Monitor loan portfolio and ensure timely repayment 3. Conduct loan appraisal4. Conduct frequent post disbursement monitoring 5. Preparing of daily branch operational report to Head Office.

1. Coordinate all credit delivery activities within the branch to ensure quality service delivery 2. Manage payment schedules 3. Negotiate payment arrangements with customers having delinquent loans4. Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them. 5. Manage field agents at the branch office 6.
