Project Coordinator
CurrentManages job/jobsite administration including new hire training of project coordinators, job map creation, project plan logs, RFI's, change orders, subcontractor requirements, LTL shipping, billings and collections, expense reports, job archiving, equipment testing logs, and state & federal project compliance specifications.• Oversee job startup coordination including the preliminary notice to mechanics lien filing, subcontractor payment & performance bonds, set up of wrap liability insurance, flow down provisions of contracts, SDS binders and OSHA safety sheets• Obtain current drawings and specs, jobsite trailers, storage facilities, toilets, temporary electricity, internet, and water for trailer hookups, office furniture, office equipment, office supplies, safety supplies/posters and field equipment including water bottles and 5-gallon units• Create form templates for use in accounting and project management including vendor lien information, change order tracking, invoices, lien waivers, and a payment history log• Create job maps, plans and specification spreadsheets, RFI submittals/tracking, change orders, and Title 24 forms including material requisition forms and purchase orders• Order plan sets from print vendors, prepare field timecards, update payroll program with job numbers, and shop for lowest price freight LTL shipping• Process 2-10 subcontractor on-board compliance letters of instruction on payroll and insurance per project• Process monthly contract project billings, prepare schedule of values spreadsheet, prepare affidavits on subcontractors, compile supplier invoices, send lien wavers for the billing month, submit PM payments forecasting per project, and track projects and corresponding collections on a spreadsheet• Scan documents for project archiving, prepare all equipment testing forms, process all notice of award paperwork and state and federal project compliance
