Lori is an expert in emergency notification technology and deployments. She has been involved in some of the most demanding notification deployments in the nation and has supported a number of transportation organizations, including Amtrak, on their notification initiatives. She spent twelve years in the notification industry as a Senior Project Manager for Cassidian Communications, an EADS North America Company, and five previous years in operations that included extensive employee training responsibilities. Krzan has provided notification advanced training and best practices guidance at numerous events. Additional experience includes working with emergency management users to properly design systems for maximum effectiveness in notification; developing user guides, quick start guides, best practices, and FAQs. Krzan has worked with users from the White House, the U.S. House of Representatives, FEMA, HQ of the Department of Homeland Security, throughout the Department of Defense, and a number of transportation organizations.
