In my role as a General Manager with Transwestern Real Estate Services, I’m overseeing the operations and management of Transwestern’s Southern Virginia office. Along side a team of professional Property Managers & Building Engineers, we are providing Asset Services to over 1.4 million square feet of commercial properties in Hampton Roads. Previously, I spent 15 years managing a mixed-use development including Class A office, upscale retail & parking garage operations. With over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, I have developed a comprehensive set of skills and knowledge that enable me to deliver exceptional Asset & Property Management services. I excel in ensuring the optimal operations & performance of each property while increasing value for my clients. I have a proven track record of establishing & maintaining strong relationships with owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors.I hold a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), as well as a real estate broker/sales agent license from the Virginia Association of Realtors. I have a proven track record of achieving operational excellence, financial accuracy, tenant retention, and new business development. I am passionate about creating and maintaining exceptional properties that meet the needs and expectations of my clients and their investors.
