· Review 30 loan packs daily for completeness and support documentation and review that the contract data meets decision conditions.· Balance and upload new indirect loans daily. · Create, verify, sign, distribute and save Batch Support documents to file at the end of the day.· Balance departmental general ledger accounts for 13 cost centers and prepare and balance fees payable to dealer on booked deals making adjustments for repossessions and flat cancellations.

· Receive all completed deals from finance department and verify they are complete. · Arranged documents for lien holders including contracts and all supporting documents ensuring they are complete and correct and are sent to correct lienholder.· Process checks for trade-in payoffs and new vehicles purchases for inventory.· Completed tag and title documents to complete registration for new vehicles purchased.· Process accounting procedures such as daily deposit, reconciling journal entries and completing commission sheets for all sales and finance departments up to $100,000 a month.· Responsible for all accounts payable on a weekly and monthly basis for both Jaguar and Land Rover stores.
