As part of the leadership team, I am responsible for designing new strategies focused on programs, content and member user forums, to deliver outstanding experiences to a single family office community. • Reimagined and delivered a new content strategy resulting in streamlining and executing 127% more programs than the previous year.• Manage and develop a high performing team producing unique and memorable experiences and establishing SOP procedures and templates to execute efficiently across the Center of Excellence• Develop annual business plan and budget accurately• Deliver reporting and overall progress updates to leadership teamABOUT FORGEThe Forge Community exists to serve the single family office industry through enabling connections, curating relevant, high-caliber industry content, and establishing standards and best practices to move the industry forward.The Forge initiative began in Fidelity Family Office Services.
