About Lori Becker

I am a purpose-driven leader with over 15 years of experience advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) initiatives, particularly for individuals with disabilities. Currently, as CEO of Starkloff Disability Institute, I’ve grown a local nonprofit into a nationally recognized DEIA leader, launching large-scale programs that empower professionals and companies alike.My background combines strategic DEIA leadership, stakeholder engagement, and policy advocacy. The first part of my career was dedicated to civic engagement, campaigning for policies and candidates aligned with my values of inclusion and equity. This foundation dovetails with my disability rights and inclusion work at Starkloff and will always be at the heart of all my endeavors. As a professional with a disability myself, this work is deeply meaningful to me. I enjoy rigorous work, spending time with family and friends, continually learning, NYT Games, traveling, and savoring all of life’s great gifts.
