Greater St. Louis Area

As the College Outreach Coordinator, I develop and execute Access U, a program designed to empower college students with disabilities to navigate the barriers between college and career. I assist students in enhancing their career development skills so that they become competitive job seekers. Once a student is well prepared, I connect them with inclusive.

The Missouri History Museum

As the Volunteer Coordinator for the first and second annual FestAbility, a festival meant to commemorate the anniversary of the ADA and to celebrate disabilities, I recruited and managed 40+ volunteers. I provided placement based on skill sets, hosted training receptions to prepare volunteers, managed all communications, and conducted post-event surveys.

I gathered and organized data to support positive donor relations, high-quality interactions, and long term investment.

I provided one-on-one resume and cover letter reviews to assist students in reaching their career goals. I also assisted with account questions and issues related to Handshake, Webster University’s career management database, to ensure that communications were successful between employers and students/alumni. I promoted the Career Planning & Development.

Greater St. Louis Area

As a Connection Leader and Orientation Leader, I acted as a mentor for first-year students and facilitated meetings, events, and communications to ensure successful transitions and retention.

Saint Louis, Missouri

As a fellow for the Campus Election Engagement Project, I built a team and organized voter registration, voter education, and voter engagement events to improve civic engagement among students. Through these efforts, the voting rate of students at Webster University increased by 20.7 percentage points-- from 34.0% in 2014 to 54.7% in 2018. These results.
