Responsibilities include forecast analysis of revenue and revenue recognition. Design, prepare, and present detailed analysis of business issues and recommended solutions to senior level management. Inventory reconciliation and adjustments as needed • Lead in collections of accounts receivable to increase cash flow reducing intercompany payables by $1M • Work with auditors to complete all aspects of annual audit• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable and created paperless system for maintaining records• Ensure all sales and use taxes and annual reports were filed correctly and timely • Coordinated weekly and monthly cash flow reporting and analysis providing up to date cash availability • Supervised department with two full time employees and interchanging interns• Complete annual budget and interim forecast models resulting in complete understanding of spending and research ways to reduce• Managed the payroll processing of semi-monthly payroll locally and multi-state• Organized all payroll record keeping processes, reviewed for discrepancies processing necessary corrections• Confirmed all month end functions were completed timely while ensuring an accurate close
