I utilized my background in computer programming to maintain existing MS Access databases as well as designing new processes to create electronic data feeds to the Benefit Department vendors to maintain employee membership. As Lead Support for the Benefit Department with a thorough knowledge of their applications and processes I was able to conduct new hire training and yearly corporate refresher classes as well as providing extensive documentation materials.Whether I am helping a developer with their code or trouble shooting a performance issue with the Server Admins I use my excellent communication skills to form relationships and instill confidence in my abilities.
