Assistant Vice President Franchisee Services
Billings, Montana, United States
I managed many critical areas including Quality, Customer Service, Franchisee Support Services, and Training/ Education. I was a member of several senior management groups including Franchise Review Committee, Strategic Council, Operations & Marketing Partners and Senior Management team that evaluated and considered changes to policies and procedures for the organization. I was instrumental in creating a system-wide customer service initiative, and providing that training to all franchisees and corporate staff. I was responsible for curriculum design, development and implementation for major training events including KOA-University and the annual KOA International Convention. I led a team of both subordinates and top-management team members for KOA’s International Convention, held in a different major city every year. My responsibilities included site selection, planning work assignments for each team member, event marketing, food and beverage, production, décor, and vendor relationships. I also planned and executed the breakout training sessions and keynote presentations to assure multi-faceted learning opportunities for the attendees. In addition to the actual operations, I was responsible for the team that organized travel, lodging and registration of staff, attendees, and vendors.
