  Collaborate with three of DAC's operating companies where I am responsible for analyzing monthly financials and producing monthly executive reports, sales analysis, and ongoing projections of annual financial results. In conjunction with office leads, responsible for producing annual budgets and mid-year forecasts to maximize profits and minimize costs. Team with internal Credit and Collections to successfully collect on delinquent accounts and assess potential financial risks. Collaborate with the larger Finance team to improve productivity and accuracy in financial processes while working to lower operating costs. Team with office leads to identify and implement cost savings initiatives in the local operations and across the company. Analyze profitability of client programs and look for ways to improve company profitability while still providing clients with excellent customer service. Collaborate with members of the local management team to implement and/or change policies & procedures to create a motivating and create work environment. Work with our legal team and office leads to negotiate Master Service Agreements and SLA's, which include reviewing MSA documents for significant areas including Limitation of Liability, Indemnity, Insurance Coverage and Confidentiality clauses. Work with Treasury Manager to ensure healthy cash flow across the offices. Manage the Financial Analyst for our UK and Europe offices in a supervisory/oversight role to ensure consistent, timely and accurate reporting for the 4 offices as well as support on the day-to-day responsibilities as required.
