Continuous process improvement - strategizes, collaborate and manages assigned projects and project plans in alignment with overall organizational goals. Includes standardization of process and policies across business vertical.Employee Engagement Champion for business vertical.Vertical Lead responsible for communication and tracking of quarterly compliance and ethics discussions and training.Heath Care Reform Vertical Lead responsible for communication and coordinating resources across business vertical in support of legislative requirements.Sabanes Oxley Lead responsible for annual validation and reporting pertaining to Group Policy enrollment and billing functions.

Provide timely and quality assistance for operational and product development and consulting on Plan Sponsor Services functional disciplines utilizing Aetna policy guidelines and in accordance with key performance measures and legislation in the large national accounts employer space. Span of control includes a team of 65 frontline team members and three direct report supervisors. Functional teams include Eligibility Consultants, Plan Set-up Consultants and Benefit Consultants (contract drafters) all of whom meet expected accuracy and customer satisfaction results.
