Bringing over 20 years of progressive and extensive finance, human resources, board governance and information technology experience to the role, I spearhead internal operations within the company.Some of my accomplishments include leading forecasting and budgeting processes, KPI reporting, error free external audits, management of third party vendors and consultants, implementing new finance, HR and governance processes and technology platforms across all aspects of the organization, and supplying the team with lots of chocolate from Lindt! As a life-long learner, I have achieved numerous post-graduate professional accreditations including, Chartered Professional Account (CGA), Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL), Certified Association Executive (CAE), an Applied BA in Information Technology and a BA in Psychology.I am a proud alumna of Wilfrid Laurier and passionate about Waterloo Region.
