Regional Chief Operating Officer
Operational oversight of the regional Sisters of Mercy West Midwest Community office located in Omaha, NE and Belmont, NC and all Sisters of Mercy campuses in the following cities: Omaha, Cedar Rapids, Chicago, Detroit, San Francisco, Sacramento.I serve under the thoughtful direction of the elected members of the SOM Community Leadership Team to support the 600+ Sisters of the WMW Community in life, ministry and retirement in 32 states and 4 sites abroad, over 500 Mercy Associates, Companions of Mercy and many Mercy Volunteer Corp sites/participants. Provide oversight to operations of assisted living, skilled nursing and independent living facilities/homes as well as Mercy Spiritual Retreat Centers and departments of the WMW. Support our sponsored organizations that include 8 Mercy High Schools, 4 Universities, and several health systems in our WMW region to include Mercy, Catholic Health Initiatives, Dignity and Trinity Senior Health Services.Partner with the Community and talented staff to affect positive change in areas of critical concerns of the environment, non-violence, eliminating global racism and human trafficking and affecting compassionate immigration reform with focus on supporting women, children and students of all ages.
