- Generate and centralize with restricted access 5 years of OSHA record keeping documents for 261 locations across 43 states ensuring 100% compliance - Oversaw the successful on-boarding of a new national contract for fire and life safety system inspections in 2019- Revised and updated over 60 safety policies and procedures, including a 9 year old Disaster & Emergency Manual /Emergency Action Plan across all departments• Collaborate with employees and leadership to develop and implement proactive strategies, recommendations and means to address and reduce safety risks, prevent accidents and eliminate/control harmful exposures to employees and contractors• Monitor, improve and enforce programs, policies and procedures to prevent accidents and comply with policies and procedures and regulations of local, state, and federal regulatory agencies in 43 states• Manage programs necessary to comply with fire codes/standards applicable to complex organizations and facilities• Ensure investigation of job related accidents & incidents; ensuring that appropriate root cause/corrective action is taken• Consult/liaise with Workers Compensation Manager and Third Party Administrator to alleviate/reduce Workers’ Compensation claims, injuries and lost time accidents• Assist insurance and regulatory investigators with on-site investigations and inspections. • Claim handling and management of all vehicle accidents with Third Party Administrator including reporting losses, investigating accidents, & asset protection• Collaborate with operations, facilities, and procurement to create and manage a comprehensive emergency management /preparedness program and Emergency Action Plan, including fire/hurricane/emergency drill program.
