Liaison with personnel and training departments to draw up company action plans to achieve successful accreditation of ISO 9001 2008 and Investors in People. Part of this would normally include individual personnel development plans many of which include Management NVQ training and delivery.Creation and delivery of information for use within training workshops and on a one to one basis with candidates to ensure full knowledge and understanding of approved accredited quality management and general business management practices. Liaison with external verifiers/auditors to successful completion of training and accreditation in keeping with funding body contracts and external awarding bodies.

To control and maintain busy office in all aspects in relation to inspection of foreign vehicles entering the U.K. monitor the vessel arrival and organisation of engineers and surveyors to be in attendance and inspect cargo. To employ and train office staff in the areas of docket preparation, reports to underwriters and negotiation with repairing companies. Negotiate vehicle repairs on a cost and time basis with receiving vehicle distributors. Negotiate direct financial recoveries from transport companies. Liase with Clients such as Mitsubishi, Fiat, Hyundai, Alfa Romeo, International Motors.
