Liaising directly with our webmaster ensuring content was up-to-date and accurate as it related to programming, as well as overseeing the use of the 'opt in' subscribed membership. As well I provided administrative oversight to the newly created Regional Enterprise Networks (RENs) in developing and implementing their Business Retention and Expansion Program (BRE). I ensured all delivery agents were providing a consistent, high quality and effective program. This was to be achieved through a templated, consistent process, supported by scheduled success meetings, program delivery review, report generation and stakeholder/partner engagement opportunities.
