Role is overseeing a regional economic development program as well as holding a Secretariat role with a provincially supported community commission, providing administration duties based on the applicable Act.

Over a 12 month period (Apr-Mar) with ERDT, I took on the role of Project Lead for the online program application and customer satisfaction survey implementation components of the Service Excellence initiative. Working closely with all stakeholders and external consultants to carryout requirements gathering sessions identifying, and planning the implementation. Leading the reviews for application updates and web content edits. Co-ordinated user testing sessions, obtaining feedback and deficiency identification logs to inform possible rework and re-deployment. In addition I also was carrying out work as Program Administrator in the role as Lead Contact for quality control of my branch's website content in addition to the a provincial program and services portal. Liaising directly with our webmaster ensuring content was up-to-date and accurate as it related to programming, as well as overseeing the use of the 'opt in' subscribed membership. As well I provided administrative oversight to the newly created Regional Enterprise Networks (RENs) in developing and implementing their Business Retention and Expansion Program (BRE). I ensured all delivery agents were providing a consistent, high quality and effective program. This was to be achieved through a templated, consistent process, supported by scheduled success meetings, program delivery review, report generation and stakeholder/partner engagement opportunities.
