My long-term goal is to have my own practice as an LMHC.Currently, I'm working with a consulting firm who specializes in the Small Business Administration (SBA) Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) program. Due to the complex COVID-related SBA disaster loan process, there's confusion and overwhelm with business owners. We assist hundreds of business owners on a national basis with overcoming loan declinations. We troubleshoot required SBA correspondence and communications . We provide support and comfort to hundreds of business owners in their despair with a complex government loan program. This entails:• Effective written and verbal communication skills for clients to understand• Attention to detail given the nuances to the ever-changing process• Moral and ethical responsibility to clients especially given the sensitive information in our possession
