Responsibilities Include: Oversight of the Project Services team including Field Service Engineers, Professional Services/Consulting Engineers, and Project Coordinators. Responsible for all presales engineering including customer sales meetings, solutions architecture, SOW creation, and solution presentations. Design, implementation, and support of end-to-end network, server, and virtualization solutions for a diverse client base. Complete infrastructure redesign and implementation of several enterprise networks that included logical network redesign and renumber, Cisco Nexus hardware, server consolidation and virtualization, SAN implementation and repurposing, Commvault implementation, and enterprise wireless configuration. Participation in the full sales lifecycle including pre-sales, client meetings, solution engineering, SOW creation and review. Projects have also included router, switch, and firewall configurations, SAN installs, configurations, and support, VMware implementations (standard – enterprise), Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, XenServer, and Netscaler, Exchange installs and upgrades, Server installs and upgrades.

Responsibilities Included: Upgraded entire network including upgrade of all servers from Windows NT to Windows 2003 then 2008R2 and implemented Active Directory Services. Designed, tested, and rolled out to the corporate and 8 regional offices a complete thin client solution using Citrix Presentation Server (later upgraded to Citrix XenApp), VMWare Esxi 4.x & 5, and Wyse thin clients. Installed and configured an Enhance SAN. Preformed upgrade and migration of Microsoft Exchange server 5.5 to Exchange 2003 then 2007. Created, tested, documented, and implemented network wide disaster recovery solution. Tested and implemented a new Loan Origination Software platform. Developed and maintained company Intranet site. Implementation and support of a Barracuda Networks Spam Firewall and Barracuda Internet content filtering. Daily network support and maintenance.

Responsibilities included: Collaborated with team on creation, documentation, and full testing of an enterprise wide disaster recovery solution. Implementation and support of a NetApp SAN solution for virtualization. Implemented and supported VMware ESX server for ease of administration and disaster recovery. Assisted with changes to network security, policies, etc. in order to meet Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements. Redesigned and maintained installation of Citrix Metaframe for remote access. Responsible for proof of concept, testing, implementation, documentation and training of Altiris Client and Server Management Suites for asset tracking, patch management and remote support of servers and desktops. Assisted with implementation of Websense Internet and email filtering. Administration of Active Directory Services and Microsoft Exchange 2003. Provided 24/7 on call support for international offices.

Responsibilities included: Design, implementation and support of a 2,000 user Citrix MetaFrame Presentation Server install rolled out worldwide using Windows 2003 Servers. Client side access was provided through a customized Program Neighborhood Agent package, and securely via the web using MetaFrame Secure Access Manager. Provided administrative and user training to the Remote User Support Team, and created installation, disaster recovery, administration, and user training documentation. Assisted with install, configuration and administration of NetApp Filer. Duties also included installation and support of Windows 2000, and 2003 servers, including implementation and administration of an enterprise wide Microsoft Project Server solution.
