I am Rwandan Advocate with more of eight years of legal practice, previously working for the Public Prosecution Authority, now as Senior Partner at Kigali Attorneys Chamber based in Kigali, Rwanda. i am also member of the Media Defence East African Lawyers network (a UK based Ngos’ which trained lawyers to advance digital rights and Technology law through strategic litigation and provide support and legal assistance to journalists, bloggers and independent Media ). my legal practice and work is particularly focused on issues of Human and Constitutional Rights with a special interest on Freedom of expression and Digital rights in East Africa, Tech & ICT law, and Fintech

  I am a Senior Partner within the Trade Policy and International Trade Law Department at Kigali Attorneys Chamber. my work is focused in advising both domestic and international clients on trade and Investment law, due diligence; drafting, review and negotiation of contracts, documentation; and regulatory consents and approvals. Prior to joining Kigali Attorneys, i worked as a public Prosecutor at Rwanda Public Prosecution Authority, in Rubavu , western Province, Rwanda.I a member of the Rwanda Bar Association and The East African Law Society. I am also an assistant lecturer at the Institute of Legal Practice and Development (ILPD). I hold an LLB from the Kigali Independent University, and an LLM in Trade and Regional Integration from the University of Dar es Salaam, (Tanzania) and Post Graduate Certificate in Constitutional Law from Central European University(Hungary)
