Enquirers vary from patients, to healthcare professionals, to local government, to MPs.• Understanding and communicating to enquirers how NICE fits into the healthcare commissioning landscape nationally, and lines of accountability and responsibility in the healthcare sector.• Maintaining the enquiry handling team CRM database, logging and monitoring all enquiries received.• Providing general administrative support across the communications directorate
