As part of IT infrastructure team my role was to evaluate, install and repair hardware, networking technology and appropriate software necessary to keep the network functioning properly. In addition to this I had to ensure the business keeps abreast of current IT trends within the sector and constantly evaluate best practices. Across our specialist schools, colleges, children’s homes and fostering agency, I provided the highest standards of support in education and care for children with a range of needs. Whether we are working with young people with autism, learning difficulties, social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) difficulties or supporting some of society’s most vulnerable children, we are committed to helping each child to fulfil their goals and achieve their aspirations.

I oversaw the effectiveness of Service Desk knowledge and skills, ensuring that consistency and quality is maintained and that service targets are met. I worked at both Cleve RFC and Sainsburys whilst studying. Here my role was very varied as this was my childhood rugby club, I took on more responsibility to help my club in any way i can and still try to help where needed today. my main duties included-To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphereRetaining and attracting new customers Maintaining the upkeep of the equipmentPR assistance – Social media management, photography for key charity eventsMeeting and greeting clients on events such as wedding venues and birthday events

Making the customers feel special and delivering great service was my main goal, I would answer their queries, assess their insurance requirements and expertly guide them through policies tailored to their needs. I would also advise customers of cancellation procedures and advise of fraudulent activities on clients policies. I focus on quality rather than quantity. As a Customer Service Advisor, I exceled at listening, being able to explain things clearly and tailor my approach to each customer’s needs.

So I would be expected to greet customers with a friendly smile and a pleasant word, and make sure their shopping is processed, packed and paid for without unnecessary delays. my main duty were-Dealing with customer returns and complaintsProcessing sales transactions and till management during busy periodsReconciling tills the end of the dayDelivering strong customer service.
