The Senior Facilities Coordinator works with the department manager and his/her designees to plan, schedule and allocate work in an equitable and timely manner. Develops and maintains processes for collecting data and reporting the status of testing and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with standards set by regulatory agencies. Assists the department manager and his/her designee in documenting quality of work and productivity of the assigned departments. Manages and maintains the work order database. Utilizes the computerized maintenance management program to schedule, assign and monitor work as directed by the manager or his/her designees.
