I support the Client Success Management team to ensure we reach revenue and client satisfaction goals

I ensure Acoustic is onboarded as an approved vendor with potential and new clients, completing the simplest of onboarding forms to the most complex onboarding portals, covering everything from Finance, Legal, Compliance, HR, InfoSec and more.

My primary responsibility was to help stand up Acoustic as a divested IBM company, which included streamlining our Procurement and Legal Operations, as well as ensuring all critical Development and Design software applications were purchased and ready for Day 1. I also enabled over 200 employees globally with Adobe licenses required to continue business, which included negotiating and securing the Adobe license.

Scoped and Quoted Tealeaf Services deals then wrote the SOW's once Sales sold. Also managed Revenue Reporting and Resource Scheduling.

Managed Software Group Services Acquisitions across Europe, Middle East and Africa

I helped build the IBM Software Group Mergers and Acquisitions program, (myself a lawyer and an accountant) then proceeded to manage over over 50 acquisitions, focusing on integrating Professional Services teams, contracts, revenue.

Nature Based Education I created and published in 2014.

Managed day to day Operations for Tivoli Professional Services, which included automating all aspects of the business. My primary automation was designing, developing and implementing an integrated software application that tracked Services Sales, Resource Management, Time & Labor Claiming and Invoicing. I managed a team of developers, testers, technical writers and more, ultimately deploying the tool globally that was successfully used for two years before IBM integrated us to their systems.

Managed all aspects of Sales Operations from Opportunity Forecasting, Selling, Booking, Revenue Recognition. I helped Sales navigate through the labyrinth of processes and contracting regulations to ensure their deals were booked swiftly for revenue recognition. I managed a team of 6 Sales Operations Administrators across the United States, ensuring streamlined efficiency and communications, and ultimately automated all of this with a homegrown software application.
