Sole researcher for an AI startup (100 employees) working on B2B customer projects and product roadmaps. Industries included demand forecasting in global supply chain companies and automotive engine calibration.

Hired as a new role in the support organisation for a semiconductor and software design company (6000 employees), initially in the marketing group and then involved in the foundation of the Customer Success group.

Introduced a new User Experience function to the software development consultancy (15 staff).
