At Fantail Consultancy I focus on working with you on digital or social media strategy. I've delivered customised training to companies and NGOs to improve their digital presence, think strategically about social and digital content, and build a content plan. I've also conducted research to support strategic development and consulted on digital strategy.

I write about digital strategy, leadership, communication and innovation. I have been working on an "ESN Playbook", I learnt a lot implementing "Buzz" the enterprise social network now used globally at ING. I'm aiming to create a guide to help companies implement their enterprise social network.
