Managed the Documentation, QA and Analyst group for developing office systems. Successfully brought a ‘crash’ interdisciplinary, international (with British Telecom) project to completion for the Prime Minister’s Office: designing a desktop solution for the office, including backup telephony.

Conceived, designed and managed a Citibank project to develop a Process Manager for their Datapoint office system. It was successfully introduced, and went into enthusiastic use in Citibank branches around the world.Managed the project to deliver the external design for a complete, integrated office system, written in C, for Unix. Designed Word Processing.

Used Gane and Sarsons structured techniques: developed detailed requirements and design, performed detailed logical and physical design for very large financial systems.
