Duties included; overseeing daily operations on venue and managing the workforce team, leading a Reward & Recognition programme across multiple venues, scheduling and logistics planning, training the workforce operations team, producing daily communications for distribution to entire workforce, reporting to London 2012 HQ advising of incidents and daily statistics and investigating/resolving Human Resource issues with volunteers, paid staff and contractors.
