I work with senior teams across a wide range of sectors to bring about demonstrable and sustainable change in the areas of diversity and inclusion and leadership development.Working with clients in the public and private sector across the employee lifecycle, I lead teams in the design and delivery of a wide range of projects including; D&I strategy development, audits and reviews, talent management programmes and D&I related training and development (including inclusive leadership and cultures, unconscious bias and micro-incivilities).I have a passion for coaching and have led Pearn Kandola's coaching team for the last seven years. I work one to one with senior leaders across a wide range of sectors, coaching them to drive business performance through increased self awareness and effectiveness across the core areas of leadership; leading people, delivery tasks and thought leadership. I am a member of the BPS Special Group in Coaching Psychology, hold a Professional Development Certificate in Executive Coaching from The Institute of Coaching and Consulting Psychology, and a certificate in Coaching Psychology from the Centre for Coaching, London.I regularly speak at both external and internal conferences and have presented at conferences including the BPS Occupational Psychology Conference , BPS Coaching Psychology conferences, UK Sport – World Class Performance conference, BVCA women in private equity and venture capital forum and the ICMA Women’s network event.I recently contributed a chapter on micro-incivilities in Pearn Kandola's latest book on race and wellbeing 'Free to Soar' Show less
