In CCRM I am leading change (6-8 ongoing projects) stimulate lean thinking and use of the right Way of Working (Agile/Waterfall/KanBan) to create sustainable process improvements and promoting deeper root cause determination in everything we do in our daily roles. I have a PhD in Medicinal / Synthetic Organic Chemistry from the University of St. Andrews, and I am a certified Professional Management Professional (PMP) and a Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM).I have over 10 years of experience in project management, using various methodologies, such as waterfall, lean, and agile, to design, launch, and execute projects within the Manufacturing Excellence program at CCRM. I work in collaboration with sponsors, functional leaders, and groups to enable a performance mindset, using the principles of lean six sigma and disciplined agile scrum, and change management practices. My current projects manufacturing processes, building lean methods into Operations, process development, Quality Systems, and Technology (use of MS Teams) and root cause analysis methods. I also have extensive experience in pharma research and development, from new molecule design to post-marketing and real world evidence studies. I have led and managed multiple projects in different therapeutic areas, such as ophthalmology, oncology, and others, involving concept approval, site startup, recruitment, and closeout. I have a deep understanding of the relevant regulations and standards, such as GMP, GLP, GCP, and others, and I ensure compliance and quality throughout the project lifecycle.I am passionate about building exceptional teams and processes, and delivering value to stakeholders.
