I am approaching 38 years in the electronic security industry. I started out in 1986 as an installation assistant and have worked in many roles in the industry. I made the transition to sales in the early 2000’s and then Management. At this stage of my career I am proud to be heading up the family business where I started my career all those years ago. I have learned it takes many disciplines to make a successful company and leader. I wouldn’t have been as successful in sales without my technical training. I wouldn’t have been as successful in management without the sales training. And of course all my experience has been need to be an executive leader. I am looking forward to what I can learn tomorrow.
