I am passionate about incorporating critical thinking and innovation into Arup’s business and culture to continuously improve the way we work and the outcomes we deliver. With over 18 years of experience with Arup, I’ve worked in various offices worldwide, including London, Melbourne and Perth. I have in-depth experience with diverse project delivery methods, including collaborative contracting. I’m particularly experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams for infrastructure projects, in the transport, maritime and energy sectors, across all stages of the project lifecycle, from advisory through to the end of project life. Working collaboratively and building strong relationships with my peers and clients, I specialise in integrating multiple stakeholders and effectively leading large, multidisciplinary teams for large, complex projects. Some of my key projects include Western Program Alliance, Major Road Projects Victoria, vessel impact protection for Fremantle Bridges, the first underwater exhibit for Sculptures-by-the-Sea, the Monte Carlo SeaLand masterplan, ECI for the world’s first man-made, energy-generation lagoon in Swansea Bay, and Swan River Crossing in Fremantle.I am focused on leading, growing and diversifying Arup in WA to maintain a sustainable business that delivers excellence to clients while living its values and serving its purpose – shaping a better world.
