Worked mainly in the kitchen where I eventually became shift leader, overseeing the running of the kitchen, meeting food preparation and serving times and keeping kitchen hygiene to high standards. Tasks included those similar to those at Barnet FC such as stock checks and food preparation, and working on the bar included responsibilities such as handling money, serving customers and dealing with complaints.

Main responsibilities included stock checks, working with and responsibility for all money, serving customers, dealing with complaints and queries and for general responsibility for hut and all staff working under me. I developed my organisational and communicative skills, and I learnt that I work well as part of a team. I was also a trusted member of staff, quickly given many responsibilities. The size of the catering team numbered around 20-25.
