Sr Director, Global Partner Business Management
CurrentLead teams of Account Management and Sales Professionals consisting of 2 Sales Directors and 16 Partner Business/Account Managers.- Responsible for leading a team of Partner Business/Account Managers globally whose role is to upsell, cross-sell, and act as liaison between Medidata and Strategic Partner accounts; provide optimal support to our Partner channel by managing all aspects of the indirect (study by study) business which includes, but are not limited to, identifying new and managing existing sales opportunities, pipeline management, execution of contractual agreements, and problem resolution. Handle all escalated issues and provide guidance as needed.- Partner with Sales Operations and Professional Services to continuously review and assess all internal and customer facing activities / processes and initiate optimization projects where necessary to maximize efficiency, focus on revenue generating activities, and achieve extreme customer satisfaction. This requires strategic thinking, cross-departmental collaboration and effective change management to ensure the required changes are executed effectively.
