- Visual project management and reports organization in Italy and Europe for the following brands:K-WAY, Kappa, Sebago, Superga, Nomination, Sodini, Gruppo Mabina, The North Face, Napapijri.- Development of strategic visual projects for the brand Vans (creation of visual guidelines and floorsets).- Copy production and article gathering for Yu Retail newsletters and website. More specifically,the newsletter The Radar and the Yu Next section.- Copywriting training projects in collaboration with Yu Retail Academy as a trainer for Istituto Marangoni and NABA.

- Content production activities;- Coordination and implementation of copy workflow;- Quality control.

- Responsible for textual contents for the websites of Sportmax, Weekend Max Mara, MAX&Co. , Pennyblack and iBlues;- Management and production of multi-language content (Italian, English, Spanish and French) for the B2C channel of Sportmax, Weekend Max Mara, MAX&Co. and their related marketing activities (Newsletter, DEM, Display Adv, Social Media);- Localization of the aforementioned contents in line with the marketing needs of the brands.

- Responsible for the software Chalco to support the MAX&Co. stores worldwide in the making of the windows and merchandising according to the purchased garments of the different areas;- Management of the sample collections for the shooting of windows and merchandising inside the visual prototype store (More specifically, SS/19, AW/19, SS/20, AW/20, SS/21, AW/21);- Data input and consultation of the “best/raw sellers” for the re-merchandising activity;- Traveling VM personnel supporting the MAX&Co. stores in Italy and the following countries: Balkans, Turkey, Lebanon, Cyprus, Greece, Malta, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Australia.

During this experience in MAX&Co. Store of Reggio Emilia, I was responsible for:- Guaranteeing the achievement of the goals and development of the store through theproduct displaying, and by taking the opportunities of the market, product and clientele;- Training the new Visual Merchandiser of the store;- Training the in-store personnel on the merchandising and windows’ techniques;- KPIs analysis to better implement the sales opportunities.

- Reception and customer management in the Reggio Emilia Showroom for the Autumn-Winter 2018 season;- Supporting the Visual Merchandising department for the management of the window book;- Tutoring for sales assistants;- Support to the Showroom Coordinator during the Spring-Summer 2019 sales campaign.

- Management of materials during the exam sessions of language certifications;- Preparation of the exam sites;- Timetable management of language certification exams.
