Objectives to be achieved:- to strengthen the University's capacity to collaborate with companies in the area, specifically in the agrifood and health sector, as required by the CHEDIH project- to develop approaches and projects for technology transfer and innovation management, aimed at enhancing the value of knowledge;- to increase the university system's capacity to attract and manage funding for innovation by creating synergies with the regional ERDF 21-27 program Project Phases: The project will consist of supporting administrative-management activities within the Area to increase relations with businesses and support the development of the CHEDIH project specifically through:- planning and carrying out innovation management and scouting activities to be conducted within the departments, starting from the objectives of the CHEDIH project; - analyzing the availability of the University's infrastructure to intensify its use by the CHEDIH project member companies;- conduct visits to SMEs in the area that are members of CHEDIH and those that already collaborate with the University to support the identification of additional funding or co-funding opportunities for innovation and territorial development projects;- support the management of projects funded by both public agencies and private companies and entities and related projects, downstream of the scouting activities.
