Welcome to my network...I am from São José dos Campos in the interior of São Paulo. I have a degree in Mechanical Production Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Strategic Project Management, with over 10 years of experience in multinational engineering companies specializing in design, manufacturing and assembly. I'm Gustavo's mother, passionate about sports and enchanted by the world of knowledge. I want to contribute positively to the people around me and learn from them!As a product development engineer, I was responsible for proposing new projects that integrated the requirements of all areas of low, medium and high complexity interface since its conception, having a direct interface with the manufacturing, following the Design For Manufacturing ensuring compliance with the requirements of the process, manufacturing and monitoring of product assembly. In integrated development meetings we applied continuous improvement tools using Lean Manufacturing tools, Scrum methodology and agile projects. Led an investigation of non-conformities and provided technical definitions to support production and assembly, ensuring release deadlines.During this period I could develop teamwork skills, analytical vision, problem solving and organization. I have always been involved with collective affairs, becoming a professional with easy relationship, communicative, proactive, with a sense of responsibility and strong leadership.I believe that happiness and success are for those who adapt and communicate, who have the creativity to innovate, who have an open mind to use and be taught and above all have the courage to change.
