1.Responsible for the analysis and judgement of the quality issue and make decisions to deal with them,put forward corrective and preventive measures.2.Establish inspection specification in SAP system to ensure the high quality material to customer side.3.Responsible for internal quality info transmission, handle the customer’s issue and give improvement.4.Participate in the DOE of the introduction of new products, provide test and analysis for the results.5.Color formula adjustment and new product translation. Familiar with different pigment and dye properties, responsible for all new color development and scale up.

1.Lead the key projects to optimize production in CMP process.2. Analyze the causes of defects and find the corresponding solutions.
