About Amanda Lucas

As an independent school administrator, I am passionate about fostering and facilitating faculty development in service of student empowerment through shared exploration and inquiry-based pedagogical practices. By understanding the nature of change and growth, I seek to create an atmosphere of learning where teachers are encouraged and supported to be the best and most balanced versions of themselves so that our students receive the most effective opportunities for growth in the classroom and school arena.
