I oversaw all of the entertainment department functions on game days including video, audio, field staff, vendors, outside entertainment acts, and graphics. For each game I created the pre game and in-game production schedules for every Chiefs home game. I managed 12 interns, 6 promotions, 3 video production, and 3 graphic design interns. I led the interns to contribute to creating fun and entertaining ideas for 70 different theme nights. Outside of managing the interns, I performed as the on-field emcee at all home games, managing the press box from the field during the game, managed the mascot and player appearance schedules, booked outside entertainment acts, flyovers, and national anthem performers, and managed the Peoria Chiefs Kids Club. I was also a large contributor to the Chiefs Reading Program assisting with ideas to better entertain students, and performing as the teams mascot on occasion. I created the first ever "O'Brien Field Brides and Baseball Bridal Fair" for 'Wedding Night', and the first ever "Home Party Consultant Showcase" for 'Mother/Daughter Night'. Both events held over 15 outside vendors that advertised and sold their product before and during the games.

Developed new corporate sponsorship, groups, and suite rental sales. Contributed to promotional theme nights and entertained fans at all home games for the Mobile BayBears. Implemented grassroots marketing of promotions. Created material and hosted nightly pre-game show; "Live With Lucas".Created and executed first ever Mobile BayBears' Latino Night.Planned and executed Hank Aaron Stadium’s fundraising events.
