The systems is well, kept the operation team running the business smoothly. The business was growing and that is so cool. But time after time i was think about the distant future, i realized that i'm not ready for this kind of position, i was lacked to much skills and knowledge and experiences. I was lost my way and i decided to quit my job.

Don't like the others looking a steady job, i want more challenges, i need to push myself a bit more. After quitting my job, i jumped into a freelance team. Sound cool but too good to be true! Anyway, to be honest, i was not learn a lot at that time, i just improving my skills and that it.

Giao hang Ong Vang was a small logitics start-up provide delivery service in Ha Noi, Hai Phong and HCM city. As a junior, i'm had working under instruction of my leader to build internal ERP system. Small company, small team, so on my own, i working with COO to analysis and clarify requirement. When everything is clear, i'll design the features and start developing them. It's really hard for me at first, a lot of new things i have to learn, but i get use to that quickly. This job really open my eyes, developing isn't only about coding, it's also about understand what are we needed or what's the problem and how could we to fix them. It's about how could we build an aplication that able to maintenance instead of "rebuild". One more thing i learned that it is creates a feature and make it wokring is great, but will anyone gonna use that?, will that new feature is helping people working faster and more easier? Developer is not the people who only focus on how to make the code running.
