Design consultant for life safety and security systems. With 11 years of installation experience as a senior technician, I design systems for Fire Alarm, Card Access, CCTV and Burglar Alarm systems.

Main responsibilities involved troubleshooting customer installation issues and evaluating product applications for customers. Heavy data entry using MS Access, Excel, and inventory control systems. Duties also included in field troubleshooting and overview of customer installs where needed.

Route salesman for automotive, industrial, and marine type batteries. Expanded and maintained the number one route out of sixteen routes in the company, grossing over a half million in sales. Duties included cold calling in person, order fulfillment, handling warranties and returns, account management for receivables, and inventory control.
