Key Responsibilities1. Business Development Support to actors in the entire value chain to ensure profitability and sustainability2. Developing workplans with timeframes and tracking them5. Ensure the effective use of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning framework 6. Reporting to the ENSO Impact director in the UK7. Managing field activities including recruitment of entrepreneurs, coaching and mentorship of trained entrepreneurs, feedback collection from benefiting household8. Support project staff in logistics and all matters relating to project implementation9. Liaison between project activities and key stakeholders including Government agencies, community based organizations in our areas of operations 10.Donor reporting within the IKEA Foundation stipulated guidelines

Key responsibilities 1. Guiding Improved cook stoves entrepreneurs (producers) in embracing new technologies and using quality raw materials2. Capacity building of energy entrepreneurs in starting and running successful energy Enterprises (retailers and distributors) in Solar, Improved cook stoves and briquettes technologies3. Keeping a track record of stocks of energy entrepreneurs4. Organizing seminars, workshops as well as trainings for energy entrepreneurs5. Trainings for energy entrepreneurs along the value chain in business plan development6. Business to business linkages between energy entrepreneurs and suppliers of energy products 7.Reporting on retail networks progress as per European Union guidelines7. Mobilizing markets and exciting demand in renewable energy technologies
